7. Your Rights under Article 11 of the PDPL

As a data subject, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction if it is incomplete/incorrect, to request its deletion or destruction, and to claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
